Delivery costs

Postage rates are a flat rate of $9.95 Australia wide.

Delivery times

Looking At You Kid will endeavour to send your parcel no later than the day following the placement of your order. All standard orders are sent by Express Post and should arrive to you within 3-5 working days. If the parcel is large and requires a box to send, we will ship your parcel by registered mail which may take up to seven days to arrive.

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee delivery times. For more information on Express Post delivery times in your area please contact Australia Post.

Please note, orders paid for by bank deposit or cheque will only be sent once payment has cleared which can take 2-3 business days. Also, any orders placed using HomeFree will be sent by regular post.

Pre-orders

Sometimes we allow pre-orders to be placed on items yet to arrive at Looking At You Kid. Please note, although we may give an estimated delivery date for pre-orders, there may be unexpected delays. Orders containing a pre-ordered item will not be shipped until all the pre-ordered item(s) are available for delivery. If you would us to ship what we have, and then send your pre-ordered item(s) once available, this will be additional $8.00 delivery.

International Orders

Delivery costs

All International orders are shipped via Australia Post Air Mail. Looking At You Kid will endeavour to send your parcel no later than the day following the placement of your order. Our delivery costs depend on the destination of the parcel.

Delivery times

Delivery times will differ depending on where in the world your parcel is heading. All our international deliveries are sent by Australia Post Air Mail.

Australia Post estimates international parcels will be delivered between 7-21 working days if using standard Air Mail. Please note that delivery times vary between countries and regions.

Please contact us if you require an express delivery.

Incorrect address or returned parcels

If we are unable to deliver your parcel due to an incorrect delivery address, or if the parcel is returned to us by Australia Post as undeliverable, an extra postage fee will apply to send it again.
